How is my payment secured?

All payments are processed through Paystack or Flutterwave over TLS. Seagull Band never sees or stores your card details, and every transaction returns a receipt to your email.

What is the difference between Souvenir and Standard membership?

Souvenir members keep their costume after the event. Standard members wear the costume for Carnival and return it afterwards.

Do I have to live in Calabar?

No. Members travel in from across Nigeria and abroad every year. We provide guidance on hotels and arrival during carnival week.

What if my costume size changes?

Fittings happen at the Mass Camp. Minor adjustments are made on-site by the studio at no extra cost.

Registration fees are refundable up to 30 days before the grand parade, less a small processing fee. After that, membership converts to a credit toward the following season.
