Voting takes place through the official Carnival Calabar platform, not on this website. When it opens, supporters choose Seagull Band on the official platform, confirm the vote, and the tally is recorded by the carnival organisers.
Public votes show the reach of a band beyond the parade route. Strong support raises Seagull's visibility with organisers, sponsors and the wider Carnival Calabar audience.
All votes are cast on the official Carnival Calabar platform. Seagull Band does not collect votes or payments for votes on this site. Be careful of any other channel claiming to take votes on our behalf.
Public voting is only one component of the overall judging process. Costume design, choreography, discipline on the route, storytelling and adherence to the theme are all assessed by official judges.
